AC / AC VENT!!

Hi everyone. For some reason when i put my Ac on 2 of the vents dont shoot any air out even at full blast.

Only when i close the passenger front middle vent the middle vent the the driver side middle vent then shoot air out.

The air is cold but it doesnt shoot out correctly. Also sometimes when i leave the ac on for about 20-30 mins and i shut the car off...

it makes a sound like their is air still flowing through but not coming out. Any suggestions??
