Advice please! What kind of headlights am i looking for?
Ok so i had a b5 a4 not too long ago, sold that bought myself am R32 Skyline GTR which the engine blew on me, gave that back to the importer and now i want back in on the gorgeous and reliable Audis and decided to up it to the b5 S4 this time around.
I had those devils eyes led running lights for the a4 and i would like to put them in the s4
BUT i would like to switch the head lights/fogs to the blue EXTREMELY bright type.
I dont really know what the make/ models of these kits i should be looking for nor to i know what to even search!
Anyone have any good feedback on a conversion kit that would fit what im looking for?
Thanks for the read and your help!
Cheers

I would suggest checking out WWW.ddmtuning.com. they have 55 watt balast upgrades for your head lamp and fog lights. They are much brighter than your stock hid, and are quite easy to install yourself, with the right tools. Call them, they will know what you need for your car. Get the slim ballast, it fits better. I don't know how blue you want to go...I'm running 6k, and its plenty blue for me... any more would be ricey in my opinion.
Ok, found the ones for the headlights but which ones do i use for the fogs? im assuming they arent the same bulbs or ballast.
Looks like im going to go with the 8000k of the 55w slims, it says that the 55w 8000k looks like a 35w 6000k so i figured id go with that

The fog lights are a different ballast and bulb. Those require a bit more wiring, and rigging to mount the ballast in a safe location in along your bumper. They should have your car information and have a ballast and bulb set they recommend. The bulbs they give you with your slim ballast kit are not a great bulb. But should last for awhile, I would suggest buying a better set sometime in the future. Call them, there is another wiring harness you have to buy to make the conversion.
