I looked through the DIY and did not see any write up on making your own clear corners. Isthis true? I have done several different cars now.I think I have it dialed in butI did not take pictures fora DIY because I thought one was already done.

So so so easy to do. take your time, should take no longer than 45 minutes, i pump those out in about 15minutes now. I would also reccomend using a vaccum the whole time just so every little chip comes out even the crumb sized ones.

 

Well that's not a bad idea. I guess I was misleading. because I was aiming for is that if there is not a write up I would do one the next time I do some headlights. I have done three know and your right they are getting easier every time.

Honestly i wouldnt have a problem haha your in Mass right?. if you dont mind waiting till late May ill be back and ill deffinatley help ya out. I get all the other guys from the C-Mass area with the S4's and well do a wash day or something then cruise the nigth away or go out somewhere.

 

well def let me know about the g2g's im always down for that....but i live in nh.....not a far ride to mass.....yeah i def wanna do the clear corner mod but i dont want to f%^k anything up...like my headlight adjustment and all that....

 

yea it wont, the alignment stays and you justremove the entire headluight bezel.

 

well listen to this ****...the more we were talking about this i was curious as to how easy it would be so i go outside and look at my corner lights and i notice the insert you boys are talking about IS ALREADY GONE.!!! so the more i look as to how it is orange i notice there is alot of blochiness on the blub itselfas if the bulb were painted...and i keep lookign and guess what..the ******* bulb is painted orange...i just got my car about 3 months ago and i noticed alot of **** about it and this just blows my mind...someone did it then returned it to somewhat stock appearance before they traded it in...by the way my car was a 4yr lease before i got it ...so they obviously returned it to stock and all they left was the apr-bi-pipe....it is crazy so i guess all i have to do to get clear corners is take out the headlight and put in a un-painted bulb...hahaha ...what do you think about that...

 

thats funny. I drive around in mass with standard hallogen bulbs in my turn signals i have yet to be pul;led over for it, its just soo i get the no orange look. but if your feeling real frisky you can just get stealth bulbs haha.
