i could possibly do you one better.... my buddy has it done to his silver S. i could maybe swap wheels with him some time and snap some pics.. im curious to see what it looks like in person too.

I was walking through a parking lot yesterday and saw very similar rims to the ones in the picture above (silver S4 with the rims I want). They were Motegi. However, went I went to that site they didn't have any that fit the B7 S4. I think on the 18x8 rim you want a 5x112 bolt pattern with an offset of 35. Is that correct? Is there a site to go and see all the rims that will fit?
