3. how many cans of clear

No prob, are you painting all of them? I would start out small1 can eachand test it out on one wheel first to get the feel for it. Then you will be able to judge just how much is needed for all of them.

yes I am doing all four, I would rather order it all at once. So how many of each?

I really do not know how many for each wheel, maybe someone else that has painted with the Wurth paint can chime in. I really wouldn't imagine it taking too much as only a light coat is needed of each type.
