Default B5 S4 - Airflowmeter again!

Hi guys did a serach n came up with nothing so just after a little help
The B5 S4 is sliggish and not responsive, doesnt wont to rev and feels like its not recieving the full whack
of boost its suppose to. The cars stock, Audi dealer has checked for error codes n found none.
It been like this for bout 3 months and just doesnt feel any where like a 250bhp car!
The fuel consumptions pretty average too
Just had 45k service and have been told by Audi that the airflowmeter doesnt log any error codes, it could be up for its 3rd airflow meter ( 2 airflowmeters by previous owner )!
Is this a common B5 S4 prob?
Any help would great thanx

air flow meter ( MAF ) does log codes if it goes down as do all the sensors ( Audi dealer is having you on mate ) they probably cant be bothered checking it out properly if its under warranty " no cash in it for them ", you don't have to go to Audi for warranty works contact and reputable garage and show them the warranty papers they will check it out, get another diagnostic done elsewhere or invest in VAG

i hate dealing with them, it feels like i no more bout the car then they do
i think its time for VAG

TBB leaking? You might have a boost leak some where, or the DV not working?

MAF is doing its job and its rare it goes down, in most cases its a vacuum line leaking or splits in the air pipe after the MAF and a said TBB area ( throttle body )

How can one easily check for those? Is that something that you could read out through VAG, even if there's no code? Or maybe through visual inspection, but how?

My previous car, a Ford Thunderbird, was notorious for getting its MAF dirty, impacting timing/knock/performance tremendously.

Thanks guys, TBB is fine.
From what i have heard MAF in B5 S4 is notorious for leting go - i was also told
that the electronic boost control valve ( N75 valve ) has a tendecy to do the
same thing!
