What are you looking for specifically? It's just like your car only handles better and is faster!

i was hoping to find a full review like that would be in a magzine and even a one year test to talk about relibility. Also to see the privatly tested specs on it. Also are HID headlights standard on all S4 in 2000?

Yes they are standard. S4's are typically less reliable because people tend to beat them up. They are performance cars. The turbos are the biggest problem, because of they blow you have to replace both and that will cost ~$5000. If you are on a budget and worried about repair costs then the S4 is not for you man.

im not worried about repairs otehr than the turbos going. If they do i would probally put the K04s in. Will they eventually go on all cars? How can u tell if they are about to go if i was looking at one to buy? Any tell tale signs taht its about to go?

The turbos can last 200k miles or they can last 60k miles. It just depends on how hard the car has been driven. There really is no answer to your question. You can usually tell because they make abnormal noises, or a loss of boost.

how's the mechanic going to be able to see inside the turbo? You can't even get to the turbos withough pulling the engine.
