Default B7 s4 v 335xi Which to buy?

Looking to buy used. Debating which one. Because the stock performance is just about the same. (0-60 Time) Milage being equal, I can save around $10,000 for a car that has the same performance, gets better gas milage and can do similar things with a 300hp engine v. a 340 hp engine. Will be a lease, so not interested in tuning at this point. Any experiences or opinions on which one to buy?

BMW get better MPG. With a simple chip will walk the S4.

Go & drive both, get the one YOU like better....

Good idea. I drove both 2 years ago. (then the 330xi).Regarding thecurrent cars, audi exterior design is much more appealing IMO. Both are beasts. I am sure the newer ones feel different. Seems like the more economical option would be the bimm though, just don't know if that extra $10K is justified. In the end, would rather own an audi though. Now, if I could just get them to knock $10K off that B7 s4...

i think the 335 is a little bit different than the 330, haha. test drive both and decide. right now i'd prob take the 335 and chip it... then in a year trade in for the B8!

Yeah you can put in the Vishnu piggyback computer on that 335 then remove it and sell it if you turn in the car. Honestly, the 335 is underrated in power anyways, so I wouldn't be surprised if they're very close stock-to-stock (within 15hp maybe?). Difference would be if you want the V8 or the turbo 6. Really there's no way you can decide without driving them both. Either one is plenty powerful, so personal preference should be way more important than a few HP here or there.

For $10k more, at least get them to put a better-looking steering wheel on the Audi. For all of the wonderful things Audi does with interiors, I simply cannot believe they are sticking with that Chevy Silverado wheel.

I just test drove both last weekend. The S4 was insane. A true beast. I was disspointed in the ride quality though. Especially around Boston, I felt every single bump and pot hole x2 [:'(]Turned on rails though. The Bimmer felt extremely refined, and the ride quality was top notch. Fast car too. The plot thickens...

I agree with 2K, choose what you like. I think BMW's are a dime a dozen but you can't deny the performance!

Also, Audi does interior right so I think it definatly beats the 335 there... and iDrive sucks a fat one.

So like I said, drive both and see what you like. Both have great performance and features.

335xi because i like turbos. Even if its a lease id probably piggyback it for extra power. The s4 is cool, but i dont think i could live with a stock one.
