Bad suspension?

Bad suspension?
My suspension is squeaky, specially in the rear. The front-left feels "loose", not sure how to explain it but when I'm going over small bumps at low speeds it clunks and the car feels like it shifts a little...
I have a third-party extended warranty, so hopefully it covers any issues...
Does the above sound like my car's ready for new suspension?
