What are the biggest most powerful turbos you can put in the b5 s4? and how much would those cost?

 

i laughed. IDK new to S4's butttt common ones are K04's K04/k16 hybrids and GT28 turbos. However ive seen an s4 with GT30's and the KTR S4 has the single turbo conversion with a GT70 turbo in it. so with $$$ anything is possible.

 

well the most common kit is the k04 kit which is about 5-6 thousand without installation, and autospeed performance makes a GT25 kit that starts at 13 thousand and goes up depending what size turbo u wanna put in...

 

GT28's arent common

 

not common but is doable. there is a guy in mn that autospeed is making a project out of his avant. Putting in gt28's, will be one of the 3 to be getting their new front mount, and are making widebody along with numerous other stuff. God i cant wait for that thing to be done. it will be unreal

 

Well I want to get a pair of big turbos, ones that are bigger than the k04. Is there a site that just sells the pair of turbos?

 

Well you can find the turbos online, but a lot of work needs to be done as well, we are talking full catback exhaust + downpipes, upgraded intercoolers, standalone software, diverter valves, bipipe (upgraded TBB most likely wont do the trick), you'll want to upgrade the cam shafts while you're in there... tis a shitload of owrk, its not as easy as popping in k04's

 

you can do with just putting them in alone, but it is reccomended to have exhaust and dv's and TBB, but other than that its by itself, then you can add on from there

 

(granted with none of htat other good stuff you wont feel much of a gain, other than the turbos kicking in at lower rpm and not dropping off as soon)

 

or any gain without an upgrade in computer or fuel... basically picture running a car at 50mph. be it a viper or a camry..its still only 50mph... (not the best not the best analogy... ) but if your not pushing anything more through..your not getting anymore power.
