I have a 2000 S4 Tip. I have an APR 1.0 bar chip, APR BiPipe and Bailey DV's. I've been searching for a while on how to shut off the ESP. The forum has some stuff in it but nothing specififc about what I am looking for.. I ting the administrators have to change the forum search options or maybe improve it. Ahh I dont know much about the forum managing but you know just an idea... I do not have the ESP button next to the Fog Lights. So i am assuming I have to cut some wires to cancel it. Any Ideas on how to proceed?

 

Does the 2000 even have ESP? I didn't think it did.

i believe it has it you i jus't don't have the luxury to cancel it whne ever i want to. I might be wrong. I donno much about htis topic.. correct me if i am wrong

 

yeah the button wasnt added till 01 i think right?

 

why not get a manual find the wire that is connected to the esp and you can run either a push or toggel switch to turn it on or off, that is if it is only an on off switch and has no relay

 

actually, the 2000 does not have ESP at all. its not just missing the button, it doesnt have the system built in.
