What about Bilstein shocks with H&R springs combo (750) and then maybe some RS4 reps (500 +/-)

Coilovers first, keep the sleeper look, save money till winter, slap a set of snow shoes on the stock rims, save up money till summer throw on a set on 18"bbs with sum ultra high pro. tires. with in a year you got nice 0 gap hight, a nice winter set, and a nice summer set. But first coilovers!

after that 2 words .... porsche breaks!

lower it, period. any car with new wheels that is on a stock suspension looks stupid. get the stance right first, then upgrade the wheels...

IIRC he has the H&R race which is lower than the standard.

I have Bilsten & H&R from the PO. I REALLY wish he has put coils on, the height adjustability twice a year for winter and summer would be essential to me.

So the race springs are lower then the street ones? HP, where did you get your set up? I looked on ECS and for 750 I can get the bilstein H&R combo. how low is that. I want it pretty low and snug for summer. but I am kinda in the same boat as you with winter...
