Default A burn out in an Audi?

Okay so I saw Iron Man this weekend. Cool flick. Go watch it and count the Audis in it - they must have paid some serious cash for all that product placement.

So there's a scene where the main character takes off in a hurry with his R8 and it shows a dark patch where he layed down some rubber. I'm thinking, "Pssh, so phony. You can't do that in an Audi." Supersonic flight in a metal suit - okay I'll buy that.

All 4 wheels? That'd be something to see. I guess you can disable/override the ESP better on manuals than with the tip. Only time I've been able to do anything to get the wheels spinning is in the dirt.

Try searching through google or youtube for verruct...or verruckt...spelling?? he has some of him def getting loose....

When i was at the dragstrip i was definately getting the back end loose, so yes you can lose rubber..and on the r8, with mid engine and a 56% rear end bias in weight, would be easier

I dropped from 4k once and only once, I had about 1' of rubber on the ground behind all four wheels, however it was more so on the front two.

I just did a launch and when I shifted from 1st to 2nd the car lost traction a little. Was in ESP tho! [:@]. Prob would have been better with it off!

i have witnessed the R8 lay some rubber. dont forget, its not at all like the s4. it can only send a max of 20% power to the front, so the majority is on the rear. so if you had the manual, and you drop it from like 4 or 5 grand, you wont have trouble leaving your mark.
