soo im upgradng the turbos doing fueling all that fun stuff but im wondering if I can upgrade an do cams. Anybody know a website that sells them. Do people do rs4 cams? let me know pleaseee!! thank you

 

if you want more power just go with bigger turbo's besides the ko4's...

There is not a lot here, either get the RS4 cams, or Revolver cams.
That's about all the info I have, no one has said hands down that cams
really add or help.

There are quite a few decades of racing that suggest otherwise.

 

For the B5 2.7, show me. Cams on other cars yes, especially NA cars.
But on the 2.7 people have NOT had the same success with cams, and usually
put the money else where.

 

Yeah I would say bang for the buck cam's are a waste, just spend it on something else.

 

I see what you are saying. I thought we were talking about cars in general.

I don't know the cam set up that the DTM cars used back when the 2.7tt was being raced - if it was raced in that configuration. If it was, I'm willing to bet that it wasn't running stock cams and there is a reason why. How much did they gained due to the cam upgrade? - I don't know. It would probably just be part of changing a lot of the internals and increasing low end for coming out of turns.
