Cannonball run
So I was driving from Denver up to the mountains today to do some fishing when I got passed by what appeared to be a cannonball run...led by a GTR! That car is so sweet. I didn't know they were out yet. The F430 in second was pretty awesome as well. Several ZO6's and BMWs. A few porsche's. Sadly no audis.
I didn't try to keep up cause all I got is a stock S4 and it woulda looked pathetic. Traffic was heavy though so they only got about a mile ahead until the Eisenhower tunnel. Before the tunnel its 2 lanes of traffic of straight uphill from Denver for about 45 mintues. On the other side its 3 lanes of new asphalt that is straight downhill windy mountain bliss. Its the kinda steepness that requires runaway truck ramps every few miles. The last glimpse I caught was a bright yellow Z06 about 2 miles away going stupid fast. I'd love to know what that guy's spedometer read.
Definately wish I was stage 3...and loaded with cash. lol.
