Check to see if your maf is in range at the maf and at the ecu. Its likely something may have been punctured in your latest repair escapade.

I wonder if you are getting boost spikes now that you've fixed all those components and the computer hasn't adapted to them yet.

If you are spiking you can get throttle cut which can feel like missing.

Now, did you say you have a CEL or just a stored code?
Did you clear it and if so has it come back?

sometime last week put my car back together and it drove weird in 2nd and 3rd gears like a miss. smooth in 1st and in high gears except 6th at wot it sputters slightly. cel came on saying p0103. called ecs they sold me rs4 meter. i changed to rs4 meter and car ran perfect for a few wot runs then cel came on and started doing same thing again. figured it was rs4 meter. got the new one put it on got the code cleared. car ran perfect for a few wot runs then started running weird again.light came back on next day(thursday). got it cleared yesterday. noticed torn tbb boot, had new hoses sitting at my house, so i put the new hoses on and drove it around ran perfect for a minute but then right back to being weird at wot in 2nd and 3rd gears. doesnt rev really above 5000 or so.
