Default cheapest place to get RS4 clutch and turbos?

i'm a little worried about the stock 95k mile clutch in my 2000 Audi A6 2.7T. i've been looking around online and was wondering if ebay was the way to go. i've seen some genuine NEW K04 turbos for $2000 on ebay, whereas VAST wants something like $2400. AWE wants $500 for the RS4 clutch. if i'm going to have to replace the clutch i'm definitely replacing the stock K03 turbos while the engine is out.

where should i go to get these parts? and would it be worth it to get a lightweight aluminum flywheel? this car is not going to see the dragstrip at all and i don't care about dyno #s, so i'm thinking the aluminum flywheel is something i probably don't need unless there are some huge gains to be had. for the record, i'm still planning on upgraded intercoolers and downpipes and APR chip afterwards, but i think i can do that stuff myself. i just want to get the stuff done that i can't do myself (clutch and turbos) out of the way for starters.

am i going about this the right way or? will the stock ECU work with the K04s for a short time before i get the downpipes, intercoolers and APR chip? i don't see why it wouldn't but wanted to check. i also plan on DVs and TBB of course. the timing belt job has already been done (twice now) but was last done at 67k miles so i figure that is probably good to go for another 30k.

am i going about this the right way or? i'm a total newb to the Audis. i do all of my own work to my other cars but those are cake to work on compared to the Audi.

TIA

http://www.avalonmotorsports.com/ind...&products_id=2 thats the cheapest place I've seen for K04s, inlet pipes and hardware. Not a bad deal I think. Your stock ecu and car will be fine to run with K04s without downpipes...you just wont be able to utilize the capable power that the K04s and dps can provide. As far as a clutch, I would go with somethin stronger than an RS4 Clutch to be honest. I think Vasts kevlar lined stage 2 clutch would be good over an oem RS4 clutch. If you plan on getting a fueling kit at some point you will want a better clutch and flywheel. Definitely get awe intercoolers, and dps at some point. Hope this helps.
