Should I get coilcovers or sports shocks and springs. I don't plan on tracking the car and my main objective is just to have the car lowered and still have a comfortable ride. Would the coilcovers be worth the extra $$$?

 

Only you can answer that question.

My preference is always coil overs. That way you can adjust the height to your taste.
Voglands ride nice & are cheap.

 

I would say sport shocks and springs. It'll lower just about to where you probably want it.

coil overs give you more space for bigger wheels and are adjustable
