anyone have condensation in their headlight housing? it rained here today and about a third of the housing is fogged up.

 

It's a Known problem with many Audi's.

They ARE aware of it, but will not do anything about it.

They will have to bring the regional service mgr to thier dealership.
They will run a full set of 'water' tests.

Only IF the Reg. Serv. Mgr deems it's worse than normal, will they replace the light/housing.

Total BS.

But that is what I've been told at the Stealership and also from AoA !!!!

not that I've ever noticed, no.

I've have guite a few issues with this car.
In fact, I was driving down to a dealership to trade it in for a different 2005 S4 6mt, when it sh*t the bed and broke down.

I'll be dealing with AoA on Monday and they'll be swapping the car out for me....
or an attorney is going to have alot of fun with them.

I have a lot of friends that have S4's and unfortunetly, I'm the only one with Major issues.

could be because of like a small hole/leak in the housing. if u used some sealer around the housing you mite be alright.
