Default Custom Front Mount Intercooler

Finally have the S4 back on the road after a long winter in the garage. The front mount kit is done except for some more minor trimming. I have a stock S4 bumper on to test fitment and so far so good. No fogs, washers, and minor trimming of the bumper support and it is on and running. Holds pleanty of power and looks good. All 2.5" mandrel bent piping, silicone hoses, and t-clamps and much cheaper than alternatives. Sorry for the horrible pic quality, the auto focus wasn't working.

Yeah, I'll get a couple pics with my ghetto bumper on and a little clearer i hope. I have my buddies wrecked silver bumper with a hole in it. I might actually have to go back to stock.

Thats pretty cool. Are you going to cut part of bumper out where the top part of intercooler is?

josh: an FMIC won't give gobs of power really, it just helps in the efficiency of the engine, really depends on how much boost your running, not a fixed upgrade like 5 awhp from a catback exhaust, it varies

how's the "lag"? and forgot to mention, can you buy a trim around the side "intakes" that doesn't have the bar through the center? just figured it would look cleaner.

I mean, its like having a refrigertor mounts to the front of your car haha
