Default Cylinder 6 misfire

As the title say i'm having a code pop for a misfire in cylinder 6. I figured because it was a localized misfire i would just have to change the coil pack, but it did absolutley nothing to fix the problem.
It is much worse when the car is cold after being ran for a few minutes it doesn't mis as much, as long as you stay out of boost.

Now i'm having a hard time finding a direction to go in to solve this.I was thinking it was a boost leak but i cant find any signs of that. i started inspectin the accordian pipe but thats fine too.

After some deliberation i unplugged the MAF and took it for a drive. The car behaves exactly as is does with it plugged in. Is their any other way i can test the MAF to make sure its bad? Does anyone else think it could be something else? Thanks Joe

it seems like a no brainer, but you say you replaced the coil pack... how about the plugs?

Yes i replaced the plugs, actually all of them. Heres another clue to the mystery if i unplug the #6 injector it really doesnt run much worse just slighty more missing out of boost. Im starting to think i have a bad/clogged injector.
