My best friends dad has a 2000 S4 that has over 150,000 miles on it cuz he has a 2hr drive to work every day. He says its the best car he's ever had. My friend said the turbos had to be replaced around 100k miles but other than that there was only very minor wear and tear stuff. However, his dad is probably the least aggressive driver ever to set foot in an audi. So if you drive urs hard it could be a different story. I drive my S4 hard but its only got about 6K on it, so no problems yet.
