Default Does he stand a chance???

A guy i work with just bought a new 2006 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE. He asked me to race last night but he got off before me and left, so it didnt happen. he says it has 270 hp and a 5 speed manual. i looked up the specs on this car and it doesnt even have the option of the 5 speed, and only 250 hp, 249 lb/ft torque. even the SE-R only has 260 hp. i know i can take him in a stock altima, but what are possible mods he could have to get 20 extra hp? i think its stock, and he just doesnt know the power ratings on his own car. what do you guys think? i have a 2000 bone stock S4, 6 speed.

I sold Nissans about 4 years ago, when the new Altima body styles/engine/etc were coming out (remember what a POS they used to be?). Anyways, there is no way in hell it can hang with an S4, IMO. Go race him and put him to shame...just don't miss a shift or nething

That same engine is in the freakin' Frontier now. Doesn't mean a Frontier will take you. The Altima is a sloppy car. No chance beating you IMO.
