I ask cause i know some Turbo timers functions dont work on all cars so i would like to know which one works well with the S4

the blitz dstt it also has a built in boost gauge. its about $100 but install is expensive

 

well does any one have the how to to install that turbo timer on what wires i have to tap into to install the timer. I plan on getting the hks I called Paisley Racing and they told me its expensive cause its not easy to install on s4's.I did it with no problems on my srt-4 but I look and look on this car and cant find a how to so if anyone can hook me up with the how to it wont be a problem to do .

 

also they told me 200 bucks to install it

 

well just to let you guys know i got the hks type 1 us measurements

hey thats what i was looking to get. the hks type 1 us. I was looking at the type 0, i think it was type 0, because it came with the black case and amber to red backlight to match the s4. The black matching the interior and the amber/red to match the interior console/gauge cluster lighting but looking at the type 1 makes me want that more even with the silver case and blue light that turns red as a rev indicator working as a shift light and the shift light feature is what made me want the type 1 more. Anyways, i've emailed this shop to ask about pricing. Where are you ordering yours and how much? with the harness? Thanks. gotta go.

 

hks doesnt have a harness listed for the S4 and when i spoke to craig Paisley he told me its a pain in the *** to put in a turbo timer in these cars
