Default Dual Mass Flywheel

I just bought my first Audi S4 2005 with 54k miles so far I have driven it 4k miles. Recently I had to take it to the shop because it started driving rough(ie.shaking and lots of vibrations from from the clutch). At first I thought one of my ignition coils went out, but my car didn't lose any power; so I took it in to get it checked out. The shop tech tells me my dual mass flywheel is going out, and the clutch will have to be replaced as well. Has anyone had this problem?

they have a factory dual mass flywheel, do what i did and get a fidenza and a stag3 clutch master clutch if you plan on uping the hp! the stg 3 feels just like stock but grabs like crazy

First, thanks for the reply. That was my first thought and as I was looking around there a lot of aftermarket stuff for the S4 but it's more for the bi-turbo. Instead of a dual mass flywheel they have came out with the single light weight flywheel. I think south bend is in the process of making one or has made one for the B6 version of the S4 which would be good for me So for now until I get this fix it's going to remain stock for now.
