Default ECU code deletion

So i just got my car back from audi today, and they wanted to charge me $150 for the tbb install and junk, so i said screw it, i'll buy the boot and install it myself. But now i have the codes on my ecu, and i don't know how to delete them. Is there any way to reset it so there aren't any codes on it? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Jonnie

You have codes showing on a VAG or you have a service indicator on the dash?

If it's the codes within the ecu that show on a VAG, then you'll need a VAG to clear them.

Where can I get a Vag? Or will autozone clear it for free? Otherwise where can i get it cleared and not pay $80?

You can get a VAG-COM from Ross Tech.
It is the best investment you can make for your Audi - dollar for dollar.

BTW: What codes are displayed that you have been told or have seen?
