Default European plates and frames

Is there a good site that sells quality european license plate frames? I did a search and found germanplates.com and the usual, but they all seem to have a universal plastic frame. Has anyone bought from them?

Unfortunately, the dealer that prepped my B6 affixed the bracket to my front bumper, so I am stuck with it now. So I'm trying to get an Ingolstadt-code plate, or something like that...

You can try contacting individual dealers directly overseas - just this week I'm getting a set of 5 euro plate frames FOR FREE directly from an Audi dealer in Moscow, hehe.

Just email some dealer, LOL! Find a website of a dealer in your desired location, and go from there. The frame will have their logo, address and telephone on it. (I'm paying for the shipping though) Offer to grease them a little if they're too lazy to help you out.

The thing is, the front bumper of my A8 has a US-spec plate niche, so I'm gonna use the euro-frame to create something that attaches to the US spec niche - the euro-frame is gonna fit over a piece of a US-spec frame.

Not the most perfect solution, but the alternative is either buying an OEM euro bumper piece, painting it, and retrofitting it, or finding a euro niche bumper piece from a wrecked Ming Blue A8. Guess how much time and money either of those alternatives will cost.
