Exhaust install

Hey guys im new to the forum and i just had a question about installing my exhaust. Currently i have a completely stock exhaust system on my s4 and i just saved up enough to buy the awe twin 1 exhaust system. Would you recommend that i wait until i get a set of piggies to do the install or is it not that big of a deal. I just turned 19 and am going off to college next year so money is definately, and i mean definately an issue but the piggiesseem to be a pretty cheap answer to the outragousprices of downpipes. Are they my best option and doyou recommend getting them instead of staying stock for about a year until i can buy actual downpipes? Thanks in advance for your help guys

RE: Exhaust install

From what I have read, piggies are a GREAT upgrade, if you can afford the downtime of sending your stockers in. I plan on upgrading to those eventually when regular maintanence stops raping my wallet. I think upgrading to piggies also gets rid of the "pressure washer" exhaust note, if yours happens to make that sound, like mine....

YES, install the exhaust now, it will make a slight difference. If you have a jack & some simple hand tools, it should take you about 30min to install.

Search the forums, for used DP's, & send them in for a core.

Vast is the ONLY place to get them.

NOPE, they are a royal PITA, some shops will not do it. Expect to pay about 8-10hrs of shop labor to remove & install.
