First Modification done!!
Today I installed the Blitz DTT DC. It was a very clean install; I used the tech article on AW for reference. Everything went great & I did it in 2 hrs. I was planning on going with the lower temp thermo switch, but I like the boost gauge on this timer & if you think about it I have double the protection for cool down. Plus I think it looks really nice, I mounted it on the wood trim right above the fog light control switch. After the install I went out for a test drive & I peaked at 1.30 hkPa which is about 18 psi. When I gather up the funds I’ll get the AWE center vent boost gauge & just eliminate the boost gauge on the timer, but still keep the timer. This was my first mod & while some may argue that it’s unnecessary, I’m just getting warmed up…..That & my funds are low. LOL…..
It’s like a strap in set belt, something like what a child set would have where the belt comes down over your shoulders. They have different points where the belt bolts to the car. So I have a 4 point vs. a 6 point. Like this one...

This is the one I have, it cam with the car, but it looks like it's about $156.... It goes really nice with the car & I have the yellow
shoulders pads.
I love this thing; it really keeps you planted in the car around turns. Hey I just realized this thread was originally about my Turbo Timer, LOL, its cool…..
