Default First Track Run

I took the Audi S4 to the track last wednesday for its first run ever. The track is Orlando Speed World in Bithlo, Florida. I only got in one run due to two cars breaking and leaking fluid. I launched at 2800 RPMs and shifted somewhat easy. Went 13.75 @ 98mph with a 1.91 60ft. Only mods to car is darintake, 710n's, and GIAC on 93 oct. What is a normal time and trap for a chipped K03 car?

**drag strip**

Thats right in line where you should be. If you drive more agressively you could probably shave it down a little.

People always crash or break at that track (Orlandocrashworld). I'm not a big fan of dragracing but like to go every now an then.I ran a 13.8@100 but im in a tip. If you get DP's (downpipes) and exhaust plus some 100oct you will shave a few 0.10's if not be in the 12's. All depends on your driving.

I like the strip too, but it's definitely not a cheap day. Gas for driving there (for those who have to drive a ways to get to a track), gas while racing, and gas back. But you also have the cost of the food you buy, and of course, the risk of breaking down. But hey, I miss the track. I'm sick of snow, and want it to dry up! Damn Minnesota weather [:@]

Speaking of 1320' times and such...What RPM do you usually launch at?

I'm probably wrong about this, but I used to launch my DSM from a dig at around 4000-5000, but that was with a stutter box. Then again, Audi's and DSM's are two different worlds. With S4's is 2800-3k the sweet spot off the line?
