About to leave to test drive an S4 my local dealer got in. Think its a 2000, has around 54k miles, new clutch, breaks, tires, and they're touching up the paint. Only down side is that it's imola.... [:'(]but for $15.5k it might be worth the price

 

AND WHAT IS WRONG WITH IMOLA?

That car sounds about perfect to me....

 

Yea it was, was not expecting it to pull nearly as hard! First reaction to imola is "wow its... yellow?" After looking at it for a while it looked pretty good. On the road it looks great as well. Attracts attention, during the test drive a brand new A6 (guy had no ***** and got the 3.2) pulled up to us at a stoplight, checked us out, and ended up racing.

I'm pretty much sold on the car, going tomorrow to work out some numbers to see what I'm looking at.

 

So the car has 57k miles on it now, and they want $3k for a warranty to 75k miles, and 5k to 102k miles. Price seems a little far out if you ask me...

 

get the car, purchase an aftermarket warranty that is like 2500$ bumper to bumper with a 100$ deductible.. its what I have on mine.. 3yr/36000 miles

 

The warranty is directly through audi, and covers it for the next 40,000 miles (Until 102,000 or something) and thats the one for $5k. Only down side is I can't really do sh*t for mods. My buddy is the used car manager and said even a flash will void the warranty. But I guess it would be better to keep it stock, get the warranty, and drive the **** outa it because of free maintenance and really don't have to worry about anything breaking!

 

and that is why you go aftermarket lol...

1. You pay a good price for what you get
2. You dont have to deal with dealerships
3. A little modding will never hurt anyone
