GOOD NEWS!
so for those of you who may already know, my s4 is inoperable at the moment. the driver side turbo's main seal broke, causing an oil leak throughout the car. this was the cause of bad clamping to one of the DVs as well as improper breaking in. the guy who got the turbos for me called the company and after a good couple days wait, he finally got back to me. the turbo can be replaced under warranty!!!!!!! thankfully, they have the driver side turbo in stock, they are out of the pass. side. but anyway, thanks to all for the support. i'll be shipping the turbo back to the company sometime this week, and as soon as i get it back, i'll put her in and i'll be taking the s4 for a nice EASY drive. this time with the proper break in period!!
That is awesome news! I'm glad to see this worked out for you....while it sucks to have gone through all the trouble and labor at least you don't have to endue the cost of new turbos. Again congratulations!
What does "improper break-in" mean?

thanks for the support.
and as for improper break in... once you upgrade your turbos or anything to an aftermarket part on your engine that produces mass amounts of power gain, you want to properly break it in. just as if you were buying a new car. you don't want to drive hard the first couple thousand miles in a brand new car. same thing goes for a turbo upgrade in my case. you want to let the engine adjust to the bigger turbos. if you don't, things can go bad... such as my case. so for future reference, when you upgrade to bigger turbos, or a supercharger, you want to take your time and go easy. and after the proper break in period... then the fun begins!!!

to explain further, the main oil seal needs to wear in and expand correctly, like a piston ring, u need to break in the car right or the rings wont expand to the piston sleeves correctly and oil will slip thru and into the combustion chamber. same goes for a turbo, u need to break in the bearings so that it expands to fit the walls and prevent any oil leakage....... needless to say our buddy han here went 130 mph 10 minutes after the installation was complete......
