Yes many people have done it. I've yet to read of a person that was unhappy with the results.

It looks much better. I've been wanting to do this myself but have been a little too lazy.

Clear corners are the best thing since sliced bread! I did it, and I even got my dad to do it on his A4. And he loves it! Super easy to do, and great results.

i guess id have to get those syo wite bulds to make it look right i see even my corner bulbs are orange

I did it and it looks great, im lazy and never got the chrome looking bulbs

I drilled into the clips, got the amber pieces broken up and removed, then i sealed it up with silicone so it wouldnt get water inside

I did it about a month ago. I absolutely love it. I spray painted the the orange bulbs with 500 degree silver paint. It looks killer.

instead of getting silver bulbs I just used a razor blade to shave off parts of the amber paint and then used brake clean and a rag to clean the rest off. (the coating on them was starting to come off anyway.) and it looks great.
