Default HELP!

I was driving on the highway when all of the sudden I lost power and a high pitched noise started coming from the engine. The higher the RPMs the higher the pitch.
The car no longer has the power that it did. Could it be a blown turbo?

Note: the car has 52k miles.
If it is a blown turbo, like many S4 owners that have their turbos blown. I'm gonna go with K04s.
Any suggestion where to find them?

Yeah its beyond dentist drill now. this thing sound like a nuclear missile flying at mach 3. Its the driver side turbo that is making all the noise. I have a audi tech coming to take a look at it this weekend and start to order parts Iam looking at least $4k including labor.
And by my little research chipped cars that are driven some what hard blow at 50k to 60k miles. It was just a matter of waiting for it. Also I was going with the K04 but since my car is a TIP I need to get my transmission rebuild in order for it to stand the boost from a K04 so Iam just gonna leave it K03 with chip and some mods later on.
