hello everyone just joined the comunity seems to be lot of usefull info.Alright so ive ive been lokin for a s4 in my area thaths clean and lower miles under 100 k i found one on craiglist ima go check it out on sat.But it has a salvage title due to a flood ,the motor was replaced with one that had about 70000 on it the body has 55000 he wants 12k for just wondering if it might be a decent deal ima tr to talk him down a lil but stiil not sure if its the one i want. oh its a 2001 silver with 6 speed an alcantra.

Well id say you get waht you pay for. For me personally id stay clear of salvage titles.. just asking for trouble..but tahts just me.

 

That car looks like royal trouble. Saving a few grand to get that car will cost you in the long run, IMO. The S4 isn't a car to get when it has been beat up.

Plus, can you use periods and other punctuation please? It's tough to read a post like that.

 

personally, i like the 2201 models. they've got that great suspension setup. and it's got a quad turbo setup!!!!

 

lol yeah i was tired so il jus keep lookin for a nice clean title one for a decent price im lokking not to spend more than 17 k as thats my budget.

 

I've got a 2001.5 S4 for $18k OBO...no mods, not beat up...
