You won't get that kind of torque in a 2004 and up s4 with out a power adder ie: blower, turbo, or nos

the stock b5s4 is only 160whp and 185tq with our mustang dyno.
if u want to pump up to 300whp u might have to get the rs4 ko4 turbo
if u want close to 300whp and 350 tq there is a close one which might help
s 4 with m box chip with ams or revo, drop in filter and turbo back system without our dyno tuning
you looking about 235-245whp and 340 tq on ams and 235-255whp and 330tq on revo and that is base on the 91 oct.
and after we do a little change and smooth out the a/f we got up to 269whp and 348 tq and if you pump 100oct. u might
get up to 285whp and 360tq.

I think you can.
Lightweight wheels would make a big difference.
Otherwise, intake/downpipes & exhaust/a good chip(APR's can be switched back and forth between 91/93/100 octane for beter numbers too.)
Even with all that, you'll be close, but not quite.
Something else to think about.
I was deciding between the two also. (Finally decided 3 months ago and bought my Audi.)
Drive both of them, definitely, before making any decision!
One thing I find is that the Evo is still a little faster than I am, but basically, I can do what he does.
He cannot do what I do; style/class/refinement/exclusivity/stealth/comfort/dependibility/longevity...
Furthermore, you can always try a bit of nitros.
Once you upgrade the turbo's though, good-by evo/sti/Z06/911 Turbo/Viper/Ferrari, pretty much anything, for only another $10 grand. (beyond the intake/downpipes & exhaust/wheels/suspesion/brakes/maybe intercoolers?)

btw wat is your car dyno at on the mustang dyno???
just wounder... 300whp on the mustang dyno is hard... i never said is impossible
but u just need a lot tuning time to get up the 300whp.. and base on the stock turbos...
