I was just curious, have you ran your car? I believe that I have seen some videos of your car online, and the thing seems pretty darn fast [sm=badbadbad.gif]. I'm curious as to what people can squeeze out of these things. I've heard with K04's that they are good for around 450hp or so. Just curious if u have some 1/4 times


(If i ask this again, I'm sorry, but i can't seem to find the exact answer to this exact question)

I'm looking to get the APR chip (simply because i'm not looking for the SUPER performance right now, especially on stock turbo's). Now, the turbo's were replaced about 10k miles ago, and the car itself has 62k miles on it. If i chipped it, would the turbo's hold up for say...atleast 20k miles? I like pushing my cars a good bit, and i don't want to chip it and the next day the turbos blow up =/

assuming the car is bone stock, before a chip a full exaust system would be a good idea, also replacing the DV's and also some sort of intake would be good. that way u have a nice flow of air coming in and out before u bump up the boost with the chip

 

Right now the car seems to be running 0-60 around 4 seconds and the 1/4 around 12 seconds on 93 octane.

All of these times were done with a friends stopwatch and I don't know how accurate the 1/4 mile distance was measured.

I don't have anything official yet.

 

Imola, i think u will be seeing 11 sec ets, a guy on a the had all oem parts and was turning 11.5s.

 

good stuff. The car already has the full APR cat back exhaust, and i plan on getting and intake and like i said, the APR chip. Assuming i am a good driver, would that be good enough for a high 13?
