Your site is fucked. I tried to upload some pics for you. I put in my car info then the wheel info I pick my manufacturer and then all other options only thing in the drop down was Choose... They model and type are there when I search however. It wont let me complete because it keeps saying I have to pick the model of the wheel and there is nothing but CHOOSE for my options.
