Intercoolers. Stock IC's are the side mounted ones. Upgraded ones like AWE or even better ER ICs are better for cooling. The front mounted intercoolers are the best. Someone else can chime in too, because I am NO tech guy.

umm, intercoolers only cool the intake air...not the turbos.

The turbos on these cars are oil cooled.

So is there an oil pump connected to the turbos?

And how can we increase the cooling of our turbo? I want to increase the cooling to prevent further problems with my turbos. Is it possible?

There is an SS braided oil line that is connected to each turbos. The only way to improve
cooling would be to install an oil cooler (small radiator where oil is diverted before getting into turbo)Your can buy one at VAST. They are pricey though +/- 1000 $. BTW they are standard on euro B5 RS4. Intercooler cools the air pump by the turbos before it gets into the intake. Cooler it is denser it is & +++ HP you get.

Is the oil used to cooling the turbos same with engine oil. or they work with different oil reservoir?
