ok, i just watched both of those vids against the eclipse...... that driver is a d-bag who can't drive....

first off, he doesn't even take off when they tell him too... then you back up and get ready and he jumps the gun, i would have left too

second race, he is either runny crazy rich or his turbo is on it's last leg

nice kills, if you can call it that........ he had no chance........

if the evo has anything done to it, that would have been a better race...... or maybe if the evo is stock, evo v eclipse...... and the way the elcipse driver drives, the evo might have won

I wouldn't really call him a d-bag as he was actually a really nice guy. Just a little inexperienced when it comes to street racing for big bucks.

I think the smoke off the line is a result of his AEM's anti-lag feature.

Yeah, you can look at the video now in retrospect and say he had no chance, but before the race my S4 was actually considered the underdog. Their side had $5K+ that they wanted to put up, but all we could muster was around 2 grand.

The white Evo seen in that second S4/GSX race is my buddy's. It runs mid 12's with bolt ons. The Eclipse would have killed it.

So i was at a stop light and my lane had to merge so the BMW 325 next to me new i was gunna pass him and thought he could take me. When it went green, him and his girl friend took off,I casually left off till i got into second and ripped it. I passed him going into third. While i was passing him I noticed the pissed off look on his face as i blew by him. These cars are too fun.

I took a Lexus LS430 full of teenagers. At the next light, the kid says, "What you got in that thing? Our engines are the same size."

Turns out the kid is 16 years old. He claims the car is his and his friends are nodding. So, I guess he wins after all. I had a '67 VW bug when I was that age.

I guess I was the underdog because the GSX had ran a quicker time at the dragstrip (they were saying low 10's) and it also had a built motor with a huge turbo.

Yeah, both of my S4s have similar setups except one's gutted and the other has a full interior. Both have OEM K04 turbos. The full interior car looks to actually be making another 50hp based on some data logging, as it has bigger injectors, bigger MAF, and a better tune, all part of the fueling kit that I have put together. I can't wait to put the same fueling kit on the blue car (along with a few other changes). Hoping for a 10.3 to 10.4 in the 1/4 mile.

nothing too spectacular, but:

E46 330Ci... My fiancee and I were tooling through town and I passed the 330 all blacked out sitting on a side road waiting to pull out. Traffic was heavy behind me, but nothing in front... I see Xenons flipping lanes back and forth and next thing I know he's beside me. His fat frat brother looking passenger kept looking over and grinning, I simply ignored them, but, of course, one light we finally hit red... He's sitting there, revving it, I dont look his way, then, at the last second before the light turns green, I bring it up to 3500, dump it, and Im across the intersection before he can even say WTF?!?!... He wouldnt pull up even with me at the next light... hehe.

Second one was an E92 328i Same thing, tooling through town, and Im sitting at the light, the 328i coupe rolls up along side, he looks over, I ignore him, only he doesnt rev. We both pull away easy, him looking over occasionally. This happens for a few blocks, then he just stands on it, no warning @ all, and I'm like "ohhhh no, I dont think so" so when he already had 3 lengths on me, I put her to the mat and reel him back in. As soon as I get up along side him, I look over and smile, and his wife gives him a dirty look and he stands on the brakes... AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
