What a coincidence, i bought my s4 and it was missing that piece too. Dealer wanted $180 plus paint, I told them to get bent.

 

Must be stock for blacxk s4s to be missing this peice. It has always been a mystery to me because no one ever seems to talk about them or have them for sale. Any info greatly appriciated.

 

i have one in my bumper. I hit a fox at a good clip this summer and the bumper took the brunt of it. Its seen better days to say the least. If i man up and get an RS4 front ill post mine for sale...

 

No i have the peice i just need one without the license plate holes. You can order the peice primed, ready to be painted from audi but the painting is a pain in the *** for me since im at college.

 

black is easier, get some black paint, and clear coat, rattle cans, newspapers, have at it, looks close enough. Silver is tougher to match. Why not fill the holes on yours with fiberglass or bondo, then have it painted?
