Default Looking at ECU, intake and exhaust upgrades for 4.2, advise please!

So I've been looking at the APR and GIAC ECUs and a number of intake and exhaust systems to upgrade my '05 S4. I'm leaning toward APR for all of them but would like to get some input from you guys. Am I looking in the right place or are there some other brands that I should check out?

I have a chip by Speedtuningusa.com it has been very reliable.

dp's by Fast Intensions i HIGHLY recomend.. excellent quality and sound...

i also have the milltek catback just casue i love the sound...

stratmoshpere intake... helps a tiny bit.. and sounds nice...

i'd have to say the downpipes is really what turns this beast on.. they sound great

... i use a lot of APR on my a4 1.8t... (chip, dp, and full exhaust... nice system too)

Thanks for the info! I'm just getting into the Audi scene so I'm new to the most of the companies that specialize in German cars. I actually just ran across Stratmosphere and they offers a pretty nice manifold back exhaust system. They claim something like 20+ horse and 30 something tq after the install. I'll check out the systems you suggested for sure. Oh, and nice wheels btw
