Lowest APR financing
Has anyone bought an Audi Bank financed new S4 recently? What was the lowest APR available? Also, for a $60,000 car (with options), how much typically does one pay out-of-pocket up front vs take on loan? I have never bought such an expensive car before.
Any advice and insights will be very helpful...
Thx.

if the dealer is asking 60k (unless a cab) walk the f*k away. but if you want it and youre blue collar, put down at least 25k cause that monthly payment takes out of beer drinking fund a little too much otherwise. also, there is the finance section on www.audiusa.com that can help you calculate payments off of base msrp.
Hi Cheese Eater,
Thanks for the response
Yes, the post was for a 2006 cab. I am a management consultant making resonably good money, but 60k is still quite a bit for a car...
Also, I wonder what would be the worth of the S4 cab after 5 years @ 12,000 miles/year and all the regular depreciation. Any thoughts?

I dont see where the new looks and engine make this car any better than the earlier s4's when they were introduced. granted, there are more gadgets offered, i think they will be close to what a loaded 2000-2001 is worth today.
saw an 05 w/ 3666 miles, silver w red (it has red top, though. [:'(]) dealer listed at $53900. might be worth your while to wait till the right one comes available, could save you close to $7000, which you'll need to pay for gas.
