I just recently bought an S4 and I wanted to know if there are any S4 groupings in the Grand Rapids area?

 

I don't know of any meets in Michigan, but it would certainly be cool. I know someone on here was trying to get something going but there wasn't enough input. I'm from the Lapeer area, 2 hours from Grand Rapids. But I'd be willing to drive somewhere to have some sort of group.

 

funny thing, I'm actually from Rochester. I go to school in Grand Rapids.

 

yea, i tried to get a few things going now, but never got any committment from anyone. I'm in GR (well, Rockford). lets set something up!

 

Lets! my car won't be finished for another 6 weeks. which is a bummer. This is good news, I thought I had to drive home (Detroit) to hang with car enthousiasts.

What dp's are you getting with these since the flanges are different than the k04's?
how aggressive of a tune are you going with? ASP's base was around 450-460 whp, then after tweaking it was right around 500whp!
K04's are going to seem like the K03's soon since a lot of people are going rs6/ gt soon!

I'm doing a custom VAST mustang dyno tune, they have one of their first hybrid cars in the shop and it should be finished this week. The only difference is it's an autotronic and I'm a 6speed. I'm still waiting for Rods, which is the issue of the day. I'm doing 60lb injectors, all stage 3 fueling (255lph High pressure fuel pump), rs4 cams. Pretty much everything but intake, and heads, which I'm getting both ported. stock pistons as well. I'm also going with the ceramic coated manifolds, electric fan. transmission fix (my brother has already broken mine, first and second doesn't exist) shaved flywheel, RS4 clutch, S4 phenolic spacers,
Gotta do it all at once, get it done right the first time. I'm hoping to make 500+ at the wheels but we will see..

Hoping to keep this information only in the S4 community though. so all of us michiganders DON'T LET THIS GET OUT TO WOODWARD!
