Misfires, No Brakes, Super bad Idle,*** UPDATE: IT WAS THE W/M KIT!!!!***
Ok, I am at a complete loss right now with my car. I just did some work on it and now it is running like crap. Before I did the work on it it ran fine. Here is what I did:
1. Replaced all 6 spark plugs with NGK BKR7E's gapped to .028.
2. Installed a GIAC-X ECU (This I did before yesterday and it ran fine).
3. Installed a Water/Meth Kit.
So now that thats out of the way here is what happened.
Last night when I finished the water meth kit install I started the car and it ran great. No problems at all. Then I started to get one or 2 random misfires while I was dialing in the water/meth system. I figured it was just from a bad setting. They went away and all was well for another 10 min or so. THen it started to mis while I was idling. It would miss for about 30 sec or so then quite for a while then come back again. It was getting late so I went to bed and and decided to tackle the problem today.
Well today came and I looked around a bit and saw that another person was having missing problems because of a dirty check valve on the W/M kit so it was leaking w/m into the intake during idle. Well I took the check valve out and opened it up and its fine. Put it back in and still have the problems. Except now I don't have brakes and it misses all the time. It's cylinders 2,3, and 6. They are missing at all RPM ranges. I have taken the spark plugs out and checked them. They were a little wet but not bad so I put them back in. Still misses. I have checked the brake booster line to see if it had come off but it is still attached. Now I am completely stuck. I have even switched out the stock ECU for the Chipped one and it still didn't do anything.
How do you do a pressure test on the 2.7T? I am running out of time to figure this out. I need my car tomorrow. Anyone with any ideas at all please LMK so I can try it out.
Oh and do you think it's possible for 3 of the 6 coilpacks to die all at the exact same time?
Josh

PROBLEM FOUND... NOT SO GOOD!
UMMM..............
So I don't know if anyone else did this wrong too... BUT I figured out what cause all my problems and it WAS in fact the W/M Kit.....
Here is what happened... When i was installing the W/M kit the nozzles have that little screen thing on them... WELL I guess those are NOT supposed to be put into the air stream... SO thats right apparently I put the nozzles' in upside-down and you guessed it one came off and got sucked through the engine... THUS bending an intake valve, destroying a piston and possibly the turbo... We can't see the turbo however so don't know for sure...
SO if anyone else made the stupid mistake like me of installing the nozzle upside-down, SWITCH IT ASAP!!!!!!!!
I called Devils own and they said "Sorry... we can't do anything..." It would have been nice if they showed some instructions on how the nozzle is supposed to me mounted for people like me who have not done one of these setups before.
SO yeah... this freaking freaking freaking sucks.
BTW, the Head Gasket is fine. [>:]

First things first, make absolutely sure that check valve is back facing the right way!
With that out of the way, rule out any vacuum/boost leaks or similar around the brake booster, or wherever else might have been touched.
For pressure testing, here's is AWE's take on it:

Good luck.

my god man, I don't know what to tell you, yeah i guess three coil packs could go at the same time, if the car is missing it will crack the coil packs, look at them top and bottom to see if they cracked. The brakes went out? Wtf? If I was you I would rip that w/m kit off there in a hurry and see if you bumped anything, I have know idea about w/m kits and what they do or affect. Hope you can figure this out, I know alot, but your problems just aren't related. The only thing I can see from my standpoint is your w/m kit thing.
I am 99.999999% sure it's not the W/m kit. I have it completely disabled and it is not fixing anything. I did not see any cracks on the coilpacks. I am just finishing up with a pressure test and so far can not find anything. I am then going to move the ICM's around and see if the misfires follow them.

Ok, Just swapped the ICM's around and I am still getting misfires on the same... sort of... cylinders. I am getting misfires on 3,4, and 6 now instead of 2,3, and 6. Cylinder 3 seems to be the works. After about 15 sec of idle 3 had almost 200 misses while the others were around 20-30. I think I am going to switch some coil packs around now.

Another update:
I jsut swapped some of the coil packs around and the misfires do NOT follow them. They are still missing the same place as before. I now seem to have a vac leak but I can not find it. According to the pressure test there were no leaks. Could there be one somewhere else? Or is it just because the engine is working harder to keep itself running thus making it so it looks like there is a leak? The vavuum reads about -8HG. Where should I look? I have looked at all the big hoses, checked all the little fittings and can't find anything.
Oh and I tried unpluggin the MAF and that didn't do anything either.

maybe you should try regaping the plugs back to stock at .30 and see what happens. i had this problem also along with my two o2 number ones went bad, i changed that and they went back to working fine, also i am gaped at .30 and have a giac profile.
Make sure you have stock plugs in the car on stock gap and double check the sensors on top of the airbox. make sure they are all snapped on tight.
