Default Mods for N/A

I have B7 S4 and I want to keep it N/A because I heard the supercharger is bad. All I got right now is a Milltek exhaust and Intake. All my buddies have ricers like NSX, EVO, RX7, Supra etc. and they're all hitting 400+ HP. What mods can I run in my car to get some more HP. All I heard so far was to get a Chip and downpipes. Is there anything else?
Is there also anyway to change the compression on the car or are there no parts for it?
I know the weight of my car works against me though.

Thanks for the help.

Well, you should definitely get the downpipes, couple that with say a Revo flash and you'll see (or should I say feel) some big improvements. I myself don't know of any other ways to increase the HP.

You can as you have eluded to start to shave weight. Check out the Boser CF hood from DTM Autohaus. Oh, and while not an increase in HP, you could invest in a short shifter, to help increase your shifting times, helping lay power to the road quicker.

Any other idea, i too would be interested.

what he said.. there are also other tuners with chips you could go with..

then i guess the next steps are more internal stuff which i dont know how prevalent they really can be.. but maybe new cams and pulleys.. port and polish and the like.
