So yesterday I decide to do the motor mount i have been putting off since I got the car. Well truth be told I have never taken apart any type of import and I was in for a job. Both mounts were so bad they had no metal on the bottoms and the inside screws were just spinning in the mount. Guess that would explain the bad wheel hop. So i start to take thedriver side off and I have run into a problem. I cannot for the life of me get to the top nut on the mount. Anyone know how to remove this or any other easy solutions to fix this. I would really appreciate the help thanks.

 

i heard u have to remove the A/C compressor to get at it better.. just read that somewhere.

 

thanks ill have to try that out tommorrow when i get the other mount.

 

yea remove ac compressor but its stil a HUGE PITA.
