Default NEED HELP LIKE NOW!

Sorry for the "aggressive" thread title but I'm in a jam. I'm installing the new APR Aluminum By-Pipe that replaces the TBB and am having troubles aligning bolts. And they aren't off by just a little bit, I'm talking it almost doesn't align up at ALL with the hole; way off. Question, did they make a different By-Pipe for the 2000 models than the 01-02? And maybe that's why it isn't lining up at all?
