need an S4

i'm lookin for a 00-01 S4 and want to any common problems with them. i also want to know i saw a 01 for 20k that had 65k miles is that a good deal or should i look for something with less miles.

Where are you?....I want to sell mine...2001.5 Santorin Blue sport package..(blue alcantra)...never modified...68k mi...$22k. No problems, just had 60k mi check-up and everything is nicey nice...
