so i went down to autobahn performance on thursday to get the free trial off revo software and drove an hour and 10 minutes and the i get there and i speak to mike. he hooks up the computer to my car and tries the 4 different programs he has for an 01 s4...the outcome is it keeps coming up with an error code..he tries to call revo and cant get ahold of them..he tells me he will find out what it is on friday and call me and then drive to manchester and meet me to do the free trial..they are really nice i dont think anyone else would even say that..so he calls me friday and says the code is your car is already chipped...he tells me how to swtich the apr chip through the cruise control..i try it no luck..so he says it is either giac or revo..so HE TELLS ME I NEED TO FIND SOMEONE WITH A GIAC FLASHLOADER OR REVO FLASHLOADER TO SWITCH IT FROM STOCK....
if anyone can help me out i am willing to drive and buy plenty of beers...let me know if anyone can be of any assistance with this problem....

If you have APR... Make sure the switch on your crusie colum is set to "ON" then hold the "SET" button at the tip of the cruise column for a LONG 5-6 seconds and look for your "Check Engine Light" to blink... if that works then go to www.goapr.com and read th rest of the instructions on how to select your programs... good luck!!!
PS: when i first heared of this i tried to hold the SET button for what i though was a good fives seconds and nothing happened... i later read that its a REALLY LONG 5 seconds... i held the button again for what i though was like 7-9 seconds before the light came on, come to find out i had 3 programs in my car!!! Again, good luck...HOPE YOUR CHIPPED
PS: when i first heared of this i tried to hold the SET button for what i though was a good fives seconds and nothing happened... i later read that its a REALLY LONG 5 seconds... i held the button again for what i though was like 7-9 seconds before the light came on, come to find out i had 3 programs in my car!!! Again, good luck...HOPE YOUR CHIPPED

so i took out my ecu and took it apart and found a apr chip soldered inside...which everyone i talked to said it is weird cause it will not turn on with the cruise control and im only spiking 9psi of boost..which apr should be atleast 15psi...i dont know how to turn on the chip that is soldered in there?? and i was also told that the chip is def not screwed up cause my car would not run.....so let me know if anyone knows how to turn on the soldered chip or what i should try???[/align]
